Bring Loopy Doopy Bar Home

My summers are usually spent on rooftops in NYC with my best of girlfriends and only good vibes. My favorite bar to visit in NYC to get all the summer feels is the Loopy Doopy Bar at the Conrad. Not only are the views amazing but they have the best Prosecco/Rose & Ice Pop cocktail that they pair with a People’s Pop with flavors like Blueberry Peach and Strawberry Lemongrass.

BUT - Covid happened and now I have to get the vibes some other way, so I decided to try my hand at the Prosecco/Champs cocktail. I decided to use Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label with Solero’s Strawberry Colado (Talenti’s new venture into fruit pops).

I usually purchase my Veuve from Total Wine’s because they always have better pricing in my opinion. I was able to find the Solero pops in Harris Teeter, but I am sure you can find it at any major grocer.
